The 2024-25 season was one of the team’s most successful. The Green Terror made their fourth trip to the ECAC Division III Men’s Basketball Championship and defeated Pitt-Greensburg 72-63 in the opening round for the first postseason win in program history.

During his 17 seasons at the helm, Curley has led the team to six Centennial Conference Tournament appearances and four ECAC Tournament appearances. He has won two Centennial Conference Coach of the Year awards (2009, 2014) and has coached 18 All-Centennial Conference selections.

Curley is married with three children. His wife, Allison, gave birth to the couple’s first children, Caroline and Nathaniel, in February 2007 – just prior to the couple’s arrival in Westminster. The couple welcomed their third child, Gabriel, in December 2010.
