LANCASTER, Pa. - McDaniel College men's soccer sophomore Nicholas Clarke was named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the second time on Tuesday.

The Green Terror have received the award all three weeks it has been awarded this season. Clarke earned it on September 9 and senior Charlie Olson received his first career honor on September 15.

McDaniel has had 11 conference player of the week selections over the last five seasons.

Clarke continued his torrid start to the season, totaling seven points with three goals and an assist in two games last week, including one goal and one assist in a 2-0 win over Washington College in the team's Centennial Conference opener. He leads the team and ranks second in the conference with six goals and 13 points through six games this season.

The Green Terror are unbeaten in six games this season, including five at home. The win over Washington College also extended their unbeaten streak in conference openers to four as they are 3-0-1.

After playing five of their first six games at home, the Green Terror begin a three-game road trip on Wednesday when they travel to Gwynedd Mercy for a 7 p.m. kickoff with the Griffins.
