COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - McDaniel College men's outdoor track & field junior
Chett Brunner finished sixth in the discus on Saturday on day two of the 2023 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Ursinus.
With nine of 22 events scored, McDaniel currently sits in seventh place with 19 points.
Brunner earned three points with a season-best throw of 39.38 meters. Junior
Jake Conklin placed 10th with a personal-best of 36.60 meters while sophomore
Jacob Graham came in 17th and freshman
AJ Iglesias was 18th.
Sophomore
Alex Brown finished fifth in the decathlon with 5,025 points, the sixth-most in program history. He finished second in the 110-meter hurdles (17.47 seconds), third in the javelin (38.28m), seventh in the discus (21.49m) and pole vault (3.03m) and eighth in the 1,500 meters (5:48.83).

Anders Madsen placed seventh with a time of 8:00.77 which ranks sixth in program history.
Freshman
Christian Taylor rounded out the scorers for the Green Terror, placing eighth in long jump with a mark 6.26 meters. Brown placed 10th with a jump of 6.11 meters while junior
DaVaughn Joyner came in 18th and senior
Jayson Jones was 20th.
Junior
Nick Raumann placed 12th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:11.18, the sixth-best mark in program history.
McDaniel had a number athletes qualify for the finals in their respective events, including sophomore
Jeremiah Maxwell who posted the fifth-fastest time in program history in the 400 meters at 49.64 seconds. Junior
Alex Huffer came in 14th.
Sophomore
Oral-Anthony Coleman qualified for finals in the 200 meters with a time of 22.21 seconds while Maxwell placed ninth and senior
Malachi Thompson placed 19th.
Coleman also qualified in the 100 meters with a time of 10.96 seconds while Thompson placed 10th.
Senior
Nick Razze, the meet record holder and two-time defending champion in the 400-meter hurdles, was one of three Green Terror to qualify for Sunday's finals. He was the second-fastest qualifier with a time of 57.82 seconds while his brother, senior
Anthony Razze, was the fourth-fastest at 58.51 seconds and junior
Kyle Hubbard was sixth at 59.42 seconds.
Junior
Tyren Proctor came in 10th and freshman
Noah DeJesus was 15th.
In the 110-meter hurdles, N. Razze, Proctor and Hubbard all qualified for the finals. N. Razze ran a time of 15.81 seconds, Proctor crossed the line in 15.83 seconds and Hubbard clocked in at 16.90 seconds.
Madsen qualified for the finals in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.82. Reiser placed 17th and junior
Braden Fink came in 23rd.
The 2023 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships conclude on Sunday beginning at 11 a.m. at Ursinus' Patterson Field.
