- Ran a personal best 110 hurdles (15.20), won the 400 hurdles (53.85), and won the 4x100 (42.96) at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational
- Won the 4x400 (3:22.69) at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational
- Ran the 400 hurdles (53.85), 4x400 (3:24.92), and 4x100 (42.92) at Penn Relays
- At the 2023 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship he won the 400 meter hurdles (53.68), ran a personal best and placed 2nd in the 110 hurdles (14.86), and placed 2nd in the 4x100 (42.37) and the 4x400 (3:19.42)

2022 (Junior): 
- Ran a personal best and won the 400 (50.11), won the 4x100 (43.46), and the 4x400 (3:33.11) at the Mid-Atlantic/South Region Inter-Conference Meet
- Ran a personal best 100 (11.28), and won the 400 Hurdles (55.50) at the 39th Millersville Metrics
- Won the 400 hurdles (54.04) at the 2022 Messiah Multi/Invitational
- Ran a personal best 200 (23.09) and won the 4x400 (3:28.99) Goucher Blue & Gold Classic
- Won the 400 hurdles (53.09) at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational
- Set the program record 4x200 (1:29.13) and ran the 4x400 (3:23.75) at Penn Relays
- Won the 4x400 (3:25.50) at the Blue Jay Tune-Up
- At the 2022 Centennial Conference Outdoor T&F Championships he won the 400 hurdles setting a program record (52.94), and placed 7th in the 4x100 (43.60)
- Placed 11th in the 400 hurdles (53.11) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships

2021 (Sophomore): 
- Jumped a personal best high jump (1.73m) and won the 400 hurdles (57.54) at the Franklin & Marshall College Invite
- At the Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships he won and got a personal best in the 400 hurdles (54.50), placed 3rd in the 4x400 (3:29.21), and placed 7th in high jump (1.70m)
- Ran a personal best and won the 400 hurdles (54.29) at the Hopkins Charm City Invitational
