- Won the 4x400 (3:29.36) and ran a personal best 400 (51.48) at the Blue & Gold Goucher Classic
- Won the 4x800 (8:07.73) at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational
- Won the 4x400 (3:22.69) and ran a personal best 800 (2:03.17) at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational
- Ran the 4x400 (3:24.92) at Penn Relays
- Won and ran a personal best 400 hurdles (59.49) at the Gallaudet University Invitational

2022 (Junior): 
- Ran a personal best 400 (54.79) at the Goucher Blue & Gold Classic
- Ran a personal best 800 (2:09.30) at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational
- Ran a personal best 400 hurdles (1:01.48) at the Blue Jay Tune-Up
- At the 2022 Centennial Conference Outdoor T&F Championships he placed 9th in the 400 hurdles (1:02.54)
