Brunner Wins Shot Put at Widener Final Qualifier

CHESTER, Pa. - McDaniel College men's track & field graduate student Chett Brunner won the shot put to highlight three competitors at the Widener Final Qualifier on Monday.

Brunner finished first with a mark of 15.52m (50' 11"), the fourth-best in program history. He also placed 11th in the discus with a mark of 42.00m (137' 9").

Graduate student Tyler Richardson placed 46th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:56.22 to move into eighth in program history.

Graduate student Nick Raumann placed 59th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:59.76.

The Green Terror conclude the 2025 season on Wednesday in the ECAC Divsion III Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Goucher.
