- Ran a personal best 1500 (4:14.41) and a season best 800 (2:05.52) at the Blue & Gold Goucher Classic
- Set the program record in the 4x1500 (16:52.46) at the 2023 Colonial Relays
- Ran a personal best 3000 (9:17.20) at the Gallaudet University Invitational
- At the 2023 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship he ran a personal best and placed 12th in the 3000 steeple (10:11.18), and placed 26th in the 5000 (16:10.67)
- At the ECAC DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships he ran a personal best 10000 (34:30.23) and placed 2nd
- Ran a personal best 5000 (15:44.55) at the Widener Final Qualifier

2022 (Sophomore):
- Won the 5000 (16:05.58) at the Mid-Atlantic/South Region Inter-Conference Meet
- Ran a personal best 800 (2:03.37) at the Blue Jay Tune-Up
- At the 2022 Centennial Conference Outdoor T&F Championships he placed 4th in the 4x800 (8:07.99), placed 25th with a personal best in the 5000 (16:00.96), and placed 27th with a personal best in the 1500 (4:15.14)

2021 (Freshman):
- Ran a personal best 3000 (9:55.10) at the Franklin & Marshall College Invite
- At the Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships he ran a personal best 1500 (4:34.61) to place 11th
