Muhlenberg scored 14 first-half goals in a 17-4 victory over McDaniel in the regular-season finale.

• Dom Calderoni (Glen Cove, N.Y./North Shore) led the Green Terror with two goals and one assist.

• Ethan Grossman led the Mules with four goals and one assist.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Muhlenberg jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the game's first 1:06 before Calderoni finished a pass from Eric Manfredonia (Ramsey, N.J./Saint Joseph Regional) to end the early run with 13:15 on the clock. The Mules, however, reeled off four in a row. With 17 seconds remaining in the period, Dylan Vitale (Forked River, N.J./Lacey Township) scored to make it a 7-2 game.
• The second quarter strated with back-to-back goals from Ethan Grossman to extend the Mules lead that eventually grew to 11-2. With 6:20 remaining until halftime, Calderoni scored off an assist from Patrick Fegan (Edgewater, Md./South River) for the Green Terror's only goal of the period. Muhlenberg scored three times in the final five mintues for a 14-3 advantage at the break.
• Calderoni found Nick DeLoriers for the first goal of the second half but Muhlenberg scored twice in the final 4:16 of third and had the lone goal of the fourth.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Muhlenberg had the advantage in shots 55-20 and ground balls 42-16 to help clinch the No. 3 seed in next week's CC tournament.
• Jason Heeley (Silver Spring, Md./Paint Branch) and Jimmy Schmidt (Smithtown, N.Y./Smithtown West) combined for six ground balls.
