Mary Washington had the final say in a back-and-forth affair with a goal 31 seconds into overtime for a 17-16 win over McDaniel.

• Logan Feuer (Gaithersburg, Md./Quince Orchard) finished a Pat Fegan (Edgewater, Md./South River) feed just 19 seconds into the game for a 1-0 lead. Kevin Cruz and Kristopher Newman scored 42 seconds apart to turn the 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 advantage with 13:13 to play in the quarter. Fegan drew the Green Terror even with 8:30 to play off the first of Jackson Reilly's six helpers. Cruz scored four of the next six goals to key a 5-1 run and 7-3 lead. Nick DeLoriers finished his second off a pass from Reilly with three ticks remaining in the period.
• DeLoriers hit Devon Maranto (Dayton, Md./Loyola Blakefield) just 51 seconds into the second quarter for a man-up tally. After Chase Kapuscienski made it an 8-5 game just 1:13 later, Micah Brooks scored three straight to tie the game just 47 seconds into the third quarter. Reilly and Joey Conklin (Westminster, Md./Westminster) scored 23 seconds apart for a 10-8 advantage with 13:10 to play in the third quarter. Kevin Cruz responded to start another 6-run over a 3-minute, 52-second stretch to give the hosts a 14-10 lead with 7:28 remaining. Goals from DeLoriers and Fegan around a Jack-Henry Smith marker made it a 15-12 game after three periods.
• Newman stretched the lead to four just 54 seconds into the fourth quarter before DeLoriers answered just over three minutes later. Brooks cut the deficit to two with 6:16 remaining. DeLoriers made it a one-goal game with 30 seconds left. Mary Washington won the ensuing faceoff but a Zach Shrift (Hershey, Pa./Hershey Area) caused turnover and ground ball gave the Green Terror the ball back with 13 ticks left and DeLoriers was able to find Conklin, who finished for the game-tying goal just before the final horn.
• Logan Green netted the game winner off a pass from Chase Kapuscienski just 31 seconds into the four-minute extra session.
THE INSIDE STORY
• The five goals and eight points were both career highs for Nick DeLoriers.
• The six assists were a career best for Jackson Reilly.
