Peter DeSimone paced the 17th-ranked Bears (8-2, 3-1 CC) with six goals and two assists.
DeSimone completed a natural hat trick before 3 minutes, 41 seconds had elapsed in the contest, staking the hosts to a 3-0 lead.
Gerald Brown capped the 4-0 start with a man-up tally at the 8:36 mark.
Marshall finished a solo run to close the deficit to 4-1 with 6:15 to play in the opening period.
Conor Fitzgerald converted a second man-up opportunity in the quarter to make it a 5-1 game at the end of the period.

DeSimone capped his day with 12:31 to play, stretching the lead to 13-2 before Troy Becker (Yardley, Pa./Notre Dame) set the final margin with 3:51 remaining.
Zack Bicho (Millstone, N.J./The Hun School of Princeton) went 13-for-20 on faceoffs, picking up six ground balls.
Alex Hanna (Odenton, Md./Arundel) picked up six ground balls in his return to the lineup while Chase Hartman (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing Area) added five ground balls and three caused turnovers.
