Sam Mutz (Swarthmore, Pa./Strath Haven) recorded his first career hat trick to lead the Green Terror (3-1) while also adding an assist. Timothy McNichol (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mount Lebanon) led the quartet adding two assists to his three goals. Jackson Reilly (Churchton, Md./Southern) and Dylan Chaikin (Gaithersburg, Md./Quince Orchard) also added three-goal and one-assist outings.
Michael Turner had a hand in all four goals for the Bulldogs (0-3), recording two goals and two assists.
McDaniel netted the game's first nine goals over the first 21:55 of the game.
Quinn Lykens (Baltimore, Md./Towson) and Cooper Archambault (Wayland, Mass./Wayland) each finished solo runs for their seventh markers of the season in the opening 4:51.
McNichol then found Mutz with 8:41 on the first-quarter clock before McNichol returned the favor 26 seconds later.
Troy Becker (Yardley, Pa./Notre Dame) found Carson Marshall (Brookeville, Md./Glenelg) just 36 seconds into the second quarter, pushing the lead to 5-0.
Goals from Becker and Reilly 30 seconds apart made it a 7-0 game with 12:29 on the clock before Mutz finished a solo run less than minute later.
A McNichol-to-Becker connection made it a 9-0 game.
Turner finished from Conor Reden to break up the shutout with 6:32 to play in the second quarter.
A Reilly marker and back-to-back Chaikin tallies 40 seconds apart pushed the lead to 12-1 at halftime.
McNichol and Frankie Kratovil (Stevensville, Md./Kent Island) solo runs 47 seconds apart stretched the advantage to 14-1 with 8:25 to play in the third quarter.
Cody Schmitt converted on a man-up opportunity with 5:08 showing.
Jared Payne (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) and Mutz scored around a Turner tally to make it a 16-3 game after three quarters en route to the 18-goal victory.
Jake Schoenick (Port Republic, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) won 11 of the 12 faceoffs he took while Zack Bicho (Millstone, N.J./The Hun School of Princeton) won 11 of 15. Kyle Savick (Port Deposit, Md./Perryville) went 3-for-3 at the X.
Bicho added nine ground balls while Schoenick had seven and Mutz picked up five. Will Kroppe (Wyomossing, Pa./Wyomissing Area) and Emmett Turley (Cross Plains, Wis./Middleton) added three ground balls and three caused turnovers each.
McDaniel finished the game with a 76-11 advantage in shots and 54-20 advantage in ground balls.
