After Lawrence drew the visitors within 6-4, Zach Monzo (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford) finished a solo run to make it a one-goal game with 7:24 to play.
Quinn Lykens (Baltimore, Md./Towson) notched his second marker of the day with 4:35 on the clock, drawing McDaniel even.
Monzo made it a two-goal afternoon as well, finishing a Dylan Chaikin (Gaithersburg, Md./Quince Orchard) pass for the first lead of the game with 1:52 showing.
Cooper Archambault (Wayland, Mass./Wayland) converted a man-up opportunity with 40 ticks remaining for an insurance goal.
Centrone and Jordan Zehr staked Albright to a 2-0 lead with 5:15 to play in the first quarter before Lykens finished a Monzo pass with 2:34 remaining in the opening period.
Tyler Strayline stretched the lead back to two with a man-up tally 37 seconds later.
Jared Payne (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) and Lawrence accounted for the only second-quarter scoring, making it a 3-all game at the break.
Three Lion goals in the third quarter, including tallies from Cetrone and Nick Tonno 15 seconds apart put the hosts on top.
The Green Terror finished with a 47-27 advantage in shots, including a 13-6 edge in the decisive fourth quarter. Eric Ritchie (Bethpage, N.Y./Bethpage) made 10 stops in goal for McDaniel.
Zach Bicho (Millstone, N.J./The Hun School of Princeton) went 9 of 16 on faceoffs with five ground balls.
