Patrick Serio (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) led the Green Terror (7-7, 4-4 CC) in its season finale.
Jake Weber led the Bears (12-2, 6-2 CC) with four goals.
After Logan Panaccione and Timothy McNichol (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mount Lebanon) traded goals in the first 4:01 of the contest, Ian More and Weber each scored in a 45-second span to take a 3-1 lead with 7:08 to play in the first quarter.
Sean Brett (Hamilton, N.J./Notre Dame) drew the hosts within one with 5:36 on the clock before Mark Stratton extended the lead back to two with 4:11 on the clock.
Gerald Brown found Weber then finished his own solo run to stretch the advantage to 6-2 midway through the second quarter.
Serio and Matt Dupras (Hillsborough, N.J./Immaculata) bookended a Mark Stratton goal to make it a 7-4 game at the break.
Weber pushed the lead to four just 1:48 into the second half before Serio hit the back of the net with 7:39 showing in the third quarter.
Zach Bicho (Millstone, N.J./The Hun School of Princeton) won the ensuing faceoff and went right to goal, trimming the margin to 8-6 just seven seconds later.
After Ian Desenberg and Jason Lawrence (Fallston, Md./Fallston) traded goals, Weber pushed the lead to 10-7 late in the third quarter and the Bears scored the only two markers of the fourth period for the final margin.
