Calvin Fleagle (Forest Hill, Md./Bel Air) opened the scoring, finishing a solo run with 9:24 to play in the first quarter before Becker doubled the advantage nearly three minutes later off a feed from Eric McIntyre (Forest Hill, Md./John Carroll).

Exactly one minute into the second quarter, Becker pushed the lead to 3-0 with an unassisted tally.

Just before a two-minute McDaniel penalty was to expire, Terlizzi ripped a shot, finishing a pass from Scott Slater to make it a 5-1 game with 13:29 remaining in the third quarter.

Pat Bivons (Cockeysville, Md./Loyola Blakefield) found McNichol to push the lead back to five with 9:00 remaining in the period.
