LANCASTER, Pa. - McDaniel College men's golf senior
Ethan Crabb was named Centennial Conference men's golf Athlete of the Week on Wednesday.
This is Crabb's first conference athlete of the week honor and second-straight for the Green Terror after senior
Sean Kelly received the honor on September 24.
McDaniel has had four different players combine for six athlete of the week selections over the last four seasons. Crabb and Kelly join senior
Charlie Dolan and Ryan McGarry '23.
Crabb finished second with a new 36-hole career-best with a 142 to lead McDaniel to a third-place team finish at the Northeast Elite on Monday at Williamsport Country Club. His previous 36-hole best was a 144 set in the Transy Fall Invite on Sept. 1, 2024.
Crabb also shot a career-low, 3-under par 68 in Sunday's opening round. He totaled seven birdies and seven pars, including four birdies and four pars on the back nine for a 3-under par, 32. He finished the two-day tournament with 19 pars and nine birdies.
McDaniel travels to Douglasville, Ga. next Monday, Oct. 6 for the 36-hole West Pines Collegiate at West Pines Golf Club.
