Steph Zengel drove an RBI single back up the middle before a passed ball made it a 4-1 game.
With two outs and runners at second and third in the top of the sixth, Casale made a diving grab in the gap to preserve the lead and secure the victory.
With two outs and a 3-2 count, Olivia Kipe (Manchester, Md./Manchester Valley) sent a line drive over the centerfield fence for a her first home run of the season and a 1-0 lead.
Gettysburg drew the score even in the bottom of the second. Meghan Hisgen led off with a line-drive single back up the middle before Stephanie Leonardo walked.
With one out, Lavanant drove a double off the left-field fence to score Hisgen and tie the game.
Aileen Reilly limited the Green Terror to just two hits while striking out five.
In the second game, Kristin Tatum led off the top of the second with a single through the left side for the Fords (21-19) before moving to second on a sacrifice. After a wild throw on a second sacrifice attempt, Tatum was able to score for a 1-0 lead.
In the bottom of the frame, Carly Deichman (Easton, Pa./Freedom) beat out an infield single before moving to second on a sacrifice.
Taylor Fletcher (Linden, Va./Fauquier) and Caitlin Justice (Stuart, Fla./Jensen Beach) drew back-to-back walks to load the bases.
With two outs, Miller dropped a ball into shallow center field for her 100th career hit, scoring pinch-runner Roxana Aviles (Manassas, Va./Osbourn) to tie the contest.
Tatum and Jessica Koshinski led off the fourth with back-to-back doubles for a 2-1 edge.
A pair of errors made it a 3-1 lead for the Fords before a Rachel Wolfson two-out single up the middle stretched the lead to 4-1.
Three straight one-out hits, including a pair of bunt singles loaded the bases before a Kaitlyn Guild RBI groundout pushed the lead to 5-1.
Tatum's fourth hit of the day plated both baserunners, stretching the advantage to 7-1.
Justice led McDaniel in the second game with a 2-for-2 outing in her final collegiate game.
