ATLANTA, Ga. - McDaniel College women's basketball senior
Elaina Beckett was selected as a Honorable Mention All-American by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) on Thursday.
Beckett is the first Green Terror to earn All-America honors from the WBCA since Katie Haley in 1998. Beckett is the first All-American in program since 2016 when Lindsay Nichols was tabbed as a second team All-American by
Small College Hoops.
A D3hoops.com All-Region 5 First Team selection earlier this week, Beckett was named the Centennial Conference Player of the Year and earned her fourth all-conference honor by being named to the first team. On Sunday, she was named Most Valuable Player of the ECAC Division III Women's Basketball Championship and earlier this season, was selected as the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) National Player of the Week on Nov. 25, 2025.
Beeckett leads the conference in scoring at 19.6 points per game and scored at least 20 points in 13 games this season, scoring at least 30 four times. She finished her career ranked third on the program's all-time scoring list with 1,492 points. She also leads the conference in field goal percentage (49.7) and three-point field goal percentage (35.0) percent.
