VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The McDaniel College men's track & field team posted three podium finishes and two program top-10 performances to highlight its competition at the Marlin Invitational hosted by Virginia Wesleyan Friday.

Junior Ethan Bush had a time of 2:01.85 in the 800 meters to place second while freshman Amadeus Davis clocked in at 2:02.30 to place third. Graduate student Tyler Richardson placed fifth with a time of 2:03.34 and junior Jack Reiser crossed the line in 2:10.26 to place 12th.
Junior Jack Sears took second place in the mile with a time of 4:34.17.
Graduate student Nick Raumann placed third in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:47.74, the sixth-fastest time in program history.
Graduate student Chett Brunner placed fourth in the shot put with a mark of 14.62m (47' 11.75").
The 4x400-meter relay team of Bush, Reiser, Davis, and Richardson placed seventh in 3:32.92.
Senior Alex Brown placed 10th in the high jump with a mark of 1.70m (5' 7").
Senior Oral-Anthony Coleman placed 11th in the long jump with a mark of 6.36m (20' 10.5"), moving him into 10th in program history. Brown placed 14th with a leap of 6.19m (20' 3.75") and junior Christian Homer placed 24th with a mark of 5.87m (19' 3.25").
Coleman had a time of 7.18 seconds in the 60-meter dash to place 22nd. He also placed 23rd in the 200-meter dash in 23.28 seconds.
Homer placed 12th in the triple jump with a mark of 12.76m (41' 10.5") while Brown placed 15th in 12.33m (40' 5.5").
Senior Kyle Hubbard placed 13th in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.19 seconds and Brown was 15th in 9.38 seconds.
The Green Terror will return to action on Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Blue & White Invitational hosted by Franklin & Marshall.
