Evan Darr posted the team's lone win at No. 3 doubles in an 8-1 non-conference loss to Gettysburg Sunday at the Warfield Tennis Courts.
After two wins by the Bullets at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles,
Spann and Darr got McDaniel on the board with an 8-7 win, taking the tiebreaker, 7-4.
Spann
won two games at No. 2 singles before falling to Connor McPartland, 6-2, 6-0. Darr fell at No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-0.
Jake Kegley won five games in the closest contested match at No. 1 singles against Hayden Strittmatter before losing 6-2, 6-3.
Josh Krulik won four games at No. 5 singles, falling to Patrick Gunnison, 6-1, 6-3.
McDaniel concludes its season next Saturday, April 29 with an exhibition match at Harford Community College beginning at noon.
