• Four hits and a pair of free passes led to a four-run top of the ninth, however, to give Dickinson an 8-7 edge.
• Beau Dana came on and pitched a 1-2-3 bottom of the ninth with two strikeouts for the save.
• In game two, a Gannaway triple keyed a six-run second inning to stake Dickinson to an early lead.
