THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel scored four of the final five goals to pull away from Susquehanna and notch a 19-13 victory.
THE LEADERS
• Kealey Allison (Frankford, Del./Indian River) led the Green Terror with eight goals, one assist, 16 draw controls, six caused turnovers and seven ground balls.
FOR THE FOES
• Stephanie Dowling led the River Hawks with five goals and two assists.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• Mary Kate Clothier (Lumberton, N.J./Holy Cross Academy) converted three times in the first 7:35 of the game to complete a hat trick and stake McDaniel to an early 3-1 lead. She hit a pair of free-position goals around a Stephanie Dowling unassisted goal before capping the run off a feed from Kealey Allison. Two Gabi Tooney goals around a tally from Caroline Chase gave Susquehanna a 4-3 edge with 8:25 to play in the opening half.
• A Lara Jenson (West Chester, Pa./The Tatnall School) free-position tally sparked a 4-0 Green Terror run over a 3-minute, 5-second span to go in front 7-4 with 2:58 to play in the opening half. Four different McDaniel players scored, including Allison off a Kaylen Buschhorn (The Hills, Texas/Lake Travis) feed for the sophomore's first collegiate point on the helper. Tooney and Dowling closed the margin to one at the break.
• After Allison and Tori Lombardi traded goals 14 seconds apart to start the second half, Acadia (Ellicott City, Md./Marriotts Ridge) finished a solo run for a 9-7 lead with 25:30 on the clock. Back-to-back Allison tallies pushed the lead to four with 23:32 showing. Dowling scored twice in a 4-minute, 29-second span and found Tooney for a third point to close the River Hawks to within 11-10 with 18:18 to play. Two Allison goals and one from Tori Arcilesi (Bel Air, Md./Harford Tech) in a two-minute window pushed the lead back to four. Leading 15-12, Arcilesi completed her hat trick and Allison scored two more a minute apart for an 18-12 lead with 12:08 remaining. Jensen finished a solo run with 7:49 on the clock for a 19-12 lead before Dowling capped the day with 6:09 for the final margin.
THE INSIDE STORY
• The eight goals, nine points and 16 draw controls were all career bests for Kealey Allison.
• Allison's 16 draw controls is a program record for a single game and No. 2 in Centennial Conference history, one shy of Stephanie Umbach's (Muhlenberg) record of 17.
• The eight goals in a game is the second most in program history and most since Erinn Hopkins had eight on Apr. 23, 2008.
• Mary Kate Clothier recorded her third collegiate hat trick while Acadia Noll had her first. Tori Arcilesi had her first three-goal outing of the season.
