COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Urisnus won all six singles matches in straight sets to cap a 9-0 win over McDaniel in Centennial Conference (CC) men's tennis action on Saturday.
Will Giles (LaVale, Md./Bishop Walsh) led the Green Terror (3-12, 0-7 CC) at first singles, falling to Paul Vecchio in a second-set tiebreaker 7-3 to fall in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6.
Henry Burke led the Bears (11-5, 4-3 CC) with a pair of wins that included a 6-0, 6-0 win at third singles. He was also part of an 8-1 win at third doubles.
The Green Terror returns to action at Gettysburg on Tuesday, Apr. 25. Match time is 4 p.m.
