WESTMINSTER, Md. – Franklin & Marshall swept doubles en route to a 9-0 win over McDaniel in Centennial Conference (CC) men's tennis action on Wednesday.
Will Giles (LaVale, Md./Bishop Walsh) led the Green Terror (2-7, 0-2 CC), winning a total of five games. He teamed with Tate Myers (East Berlin, Pa./Bermudian Springs) at second doubles, falling 8-2 to Zack Levin and Will Samuels. Giles then dropped a 6-2, 6-1 decision to Isaac Salas at No. 1 singles.
Levin led the Diplomats (3-4, 2-0 CC), capping his 2-0 day with a 6-0, 6-0 win at second singles.
McDaniel returns to action at Washington (Md.) on Saturday. Match time is 12 p.m.
