GREENSBORO, N.C. – Brad Brooks (Newark, Del./Charter School of Wilmington), a senior on the McDaniel men's swimming team, competed at the NCAA Div. III men's swimming championship on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

He saved his best performance of the week for last. On Saturday, he posted a time of 15:52.05 to earn honorable mention All-America honors in the 1650 free. It marks his third career All-America accolade and second in the longest event on the docket.

Brooks turned in a time of 4:34.49 in the prelims of the 500 freestyle on Wednesday, missing the finals by fewer than two seconds.

On Thursday, he posted a time of 4:05.18 in the 400 IM to finish 20th overall and miss the finals by just over one second.
