LANCASTER, Pa. - McDaniel College men's swimming senior Christian Walker broke his own program record in the 100-yard butterfly to highlight the team's competition on day three of the 2025 Centennial Conference Swimming Championships.
The Green Terror currently sit seventh place with 114 points.
Walker reset his own program record in the 100 fly in the prelims with a time of 51.96 seconds. A year ago, he set the previous record with a time of 52.26 seconds on day three of the conference championships.
Senior Aleksei Dudley placed 30th while senior Mark Sanelli finished 31st.
The 200-yard freestyle relay of Walker, sophomore Josh Morgan, sophomore Ethan Gell, and freshman Zach Duck placed seventh with a time of 1:32.92. The B relay team of Sanelli, freshman Connor Woodward, sophomore Cooper Eastlack, and sophomore Dimitri Raush-Gernet placed 15th with a time of 1:43.62.
Gell placed 19th in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 58.69 seconds.
In the 200-yard freestyle, Morgan placed 25th with a time of 1:50.00 whiie Duck placed 27th with a time of 1:50.19. Eastlack placed 32nd.
In the 400-yard individual medley, freshman Niall Navarra placed 17th with a time of 4:30.44.
Freshman Xavier Byrd placed 25th in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:30.47.
McDaniel concludes competition at the conference championships on Sunday.
