Box Score WASHINGTON, D.C. – McDaniel plated eight runs in the top of the fourth inning to break a 3-all deadlock and catapult the team to a 17-3 season-opening victory at Gallaudet in non-conference baseball action on Thursday.
Brandon Hayward (Salisbury, Md./J.M. Bennett) led the Green Terror (1-0) with a 3-for-4 day at the plate with a pair of doubles and a triple. He also had six RBIs.

Marty Windisch (Manchester, Md./Manchester Valley) pitched the first four innings with three strikeouts.
