LANCASTER, Pa. – Adrian Pettaway (Forestville,
Md./Suitland) capped a 2-0 day with a 6-0, 6-2 victory at
No. 4 singles to lead McDaniel to a 7-2 victory at Lancaster Bible
in non-conference men's tennis action on Monday.
The Green Terror (3-2) took No. 1 and No. 2 doubles for a 2-1 lead
after doubles before sweeping the top five singles matches for the
victory.
Pettaway teamed with Justin Ward for an 8-1 win at
second doubles.
Dan Green won his fifth singles match, 6-1,
6-0.
The Chargers (0-5) notched their two wins on forfeits at third
doubles and sixth singles.
McDaniel returns to action at home against Gettysburg on Wednesday.
Match time is 3 p.m.
