HARRISONBURG, Va. - The McDaniel College women's track & field team set five all-time top 10 marks at the Rockingham Collegiate Open hosted by Bridgewater on Friday.

Junior Anna Rando placed fourth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.21 seconds, the eighth-fastest time in program history. Freshman Nakayla Ross placed 11th with a time of 8.51 seconds.
Rando also placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.78 seconds, improving upon her third all-time mark.
Freshman Gabby DeMarco placed fifth in triple jump with a mark of 10.43m (34-2.5), ranking her fourth in program history. She also placed ninth in the long jump with a mark of 4.76m (15-7.25).
Junior Nadia Dennis placed fourth in the shot put with a mark of 10.66m (34-11.5), moving her into fifth all-time in program history. She also placed 12th in the weight throw with a mark of 9.43m (30-11.25).
Freshman Tara Hornung placed seventh in the high jump with a mark of 1.27 (4-1.25) while DeMarco placed eighth with the same mark.
Hornung also placed ninth in pole vault with a mark of 2.66m (8-8.5), the seventh-best mark in program history.
The distance medley relay of junior Abby Warner, sophomore Kaitlyn Bard, junior Piper Nagaraj, and sophomore Maya Colavito placed second with a time of 15:48.59.
Colavito placed sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 21:32.93 and Bard placed seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 1:09.32. Nagaraj placed 10th with a time of 1:10.79.
Ross placed 14th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.63 seconds while Warner had a personal-best time of 3:05.95 in the 800 meters to place 19th.
The Green Terror return to action on Saturday, March 1 at the 2025 Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Franklin & Marshall.
