McDaniel recorded 10 top-10 finishes at the Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier in its final tune-up before the conference championship meet next weekend.
THE LEADERS
• Yeseniah Ortiz (Glassboro, N.J./Delsea Regional) led the Green Terror with a fifth-place finish in the 400, turning in a personal-best time of 1:04.78. She also placed 26th in the 200 (30.42 seconds).
• Katie Morgan (Chesapeake City, Md./Caravel Academy) finished fifth in the 200 with a time of 27.51 seconds.
• Anna Persick (West Chester, Pa./Henderson) recorded the best individual finish, crossing fourth in the mile with a time of 6:18.42. She was also 13th in the 800 with a time of 2:54.86.
FOR THE FOES:
• It was a non-scoring meet.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Gabby Collins (Indian Head, Md./North Point) finished seventh in the 55 with a time of 7.89 seconds. She was also ninth in the 200 with a time of 28.13.
• Bailey Mullen (Baltimore, Md./Catholic High School of Baltimore) finished seventh in the 800 with a time of 2:39.76. She was also eighth in the 3000 with a personal-best time of 12:09.93, finishing the race with just one shoe.
• Angel Bidgell (Glen Burnie, Md./Old Mill) finished ninth in the 55 meters with a time of 8.00 seconds. She was also 11th in the 200 with a time of 28.24 seconds.
• Renee Dupre (Hagerstown, Md./Smithsburg) rounded out the top-10 individual finishes, tying for 10th in the high jump, clearing 1.37 meters. She was also 10th in the 55 hurdles with a time of 9.95 seconds and 14th in the 800 with a time of 3:04.89.
• Rachel Dixon (Crofton, Md./Arundel) was 11th in the 55 meters with a time of 8.05 seconds and 16th in the 200 with a time of 28.85.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Jasmine Porter (Clinton, Md./Friendly) finished 15th in the 55 meters with a personal-best time of 8.40 seconds. She also crossed 23rd in the 200 with a time of 29.81 seconds.
• Megan O'Neill (Mt. Airy, Md./South Carroll) finished 31th in the 200 meters with a personal-best time of 31.67 seconds

McDaniel returns to action at the Centennial Conference Championship hosted by Ursinus on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 26-27. Action begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
