McDaniel had two top-eight finishes at the Frank Colden Invitational hosted by Ursinus.
THE LEADERS
• Yasmine Kabwasa McGuire (Columbus, Ga./St. John's Catholic Prep) placed third in the long jump with a personal-best jump of 4.89 meters. The mark is fifth in program history. She was also 22nd in the 60 hurdles (11.07 seconds).
• Megan Mesick (Fredericksburg, Va./Chancellor) finished eighth in the mile with a Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying time of 5:39.02.
FOR THE FOES:
• There were no team scores at the meet.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Megan O'Neill (Mt. Airy, Md./South Carroll) placed 14th in the 400 with a CC-qualifying time of 1:05.32,
• Gabby Collins (Indian Head, Md./North Point) placed 18th in the 60 (8.44 seconds) and 12th in the 200 (27.83). Her 200 time is tied for 10th in program history.
• Renee Dupre (Hagerstown, Md./Smithsburg) finished placed 15th in the 60 hurdles with a time of 10.54 seconds. She was also 41s in the 800 (2:59.40).
• Bailey Mullen (Baltimore, Md./The Catholic High School of Baltimore) was 24th in the long jump, hitting the conference qualifier with her mark of 4.09 meters. She was also 15th in the triple jump (8.34 meters).
• The 4x800-meter relay of O'Neill, Mesick, Riley O'Hara and Skylar Blackbull place eighth with a time of 10:54.70.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Priscilla Owusu was 32nd in the 60 (8.75 seconds) and 35th in the 200 (29.83). Both were personal-best times.
• Rachel Dixon was 33rd in the 60 (8.85 seconds) and 34th in the 200 (29.83).
• Sarah Case was 33rd in the shot put (8.37 meters).
• Riley O'Hara was 39th in the 400 (1:13.05).
• Skylar Blackbull was 44th in the 400 (1:15.66).
• Bailey Chapman finished 47th in the 800 (3:08.29).
• Mackenzie Meyer was 48th in the 800 (3:10.00) and 40th in the shot put (personal-best 7.97 meters).
• Anna Persick was 49th in the 800 with a personal-best time of 3:12.23.
