ORLANDO, Fla. – Nichols won all six singles in straight sets to top McDaniel 9-0 in non-conference women's tennis action on Thursday.

Lindsay Russell (Leonia, N.J./Leonia) led the Green Terror (0-6) with five games won. She and Maddy Simmons (Bowie, Md./Bowie) dropped an 8-3 decision at first doubles before Russell fell 6-1, 6-1 to Alanna Judd at second singles.

Megan Nathanson led the Bison (16-2) with a pair of wins, not dropping a game along the way. She and Lindsey Kaplan won 8-0 at No. 2 doubles before Nathanson won third singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Abagail Ransom joined Rudderow for a 9-8 win at first singles, winning 8-3 in the tiebreaker.

The Green Terror returns to action in the Centennial Conference opener at Haverford on Saturday, Mar. 24. Match time is 12 p.m.
