ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Yusrah Adebayo finished 12th in the 400 to lead McDaniel at the Navy Sweetheart Multimix Meet in women's indoor track and field action on Thursday.

Seven Green Terror athletes combined for seven Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying marks at the non-scoring meet featuring a mix of Division I and Division III teams.

Adebayo finished 12th in the 400 with a time of 1:02.80, a time which ranks 10th all-time.

Chloe Allen-Gorman (Portland, Ore./Lincoln) recorded the top placefinish for McDaniel with her third-place showing in the 1,000. Her time of 3:08.70 on the banked track was less than a second behind a pair of George Washington runners.

Claire Lawson (McMinnville, Ore./McMinnville), Lechi Nwanegwo and Shantae Byro (Baltimore, Md./Northwestern) each posted a pair of CC-qualifying marks.

Lawson hit the standard in the 60 hurdles, finishing seventh with a time of 10:53 seconds, and 400, placing 18th in the a time of 1:03.41.

Nwanegwo was sixth in the 60 with a time of 8.29 seconds and fifth in the long jump, reaching 4.88 meters. Byro was seventh (8.31 seconds) and ninth (4.68 meters) in the same events.

Byo was also 30th in the 400 with a time of 1:10.99.

Kelsey Minyon (Millville, Del./Indian River) and Amelia Lawrence (Cabin John, Md./Walt Whitman) rounded out the McDaniel competitors. Minyon was fifth in the 1,000 (3:31.73) while Lawrence was seventh in the 5,000 (21:18.00).

The Green Terror returns to action at the Susquehanna Invitational on Friday. Action begins at 4 p.m.
