FAIRFAX, VA. – Chloe Allen-Gorman (Portland, Ore./Lincoln) finished eighth in the 1,000 to lead McDaniel at the Patriot Games hosted by George Mason in women's indoor track and field action on Saturday.

Allen-Gorman turned in a time of 3:11.15 for the Green Terror, leading a quartet of athletes at the meet.

Kelsey Minyon (Millville, Del./Indian River) was 13th in the same event with a time of 3:11.15.

Amelia Lawrence (Cabin John, Md./Walt Whitman) was 29th in the mile with a time of 6:11.92 while Claire Lawson (McMinnville, Ore./McMinnville) made her season debut with a 32nd-place finish in the 200 (29.84 seconds).

McDaniel returns to action at the DuCharme Invitational hosted by Dickinson on Saturday.
