WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel did not drop a game in doubles play to key a 9-0 win over Trinity (D.C.) in non-conference women's tennis action on Saturday.

Elise O'Meara (Bowie, Md./Elizabeth Seton) led the Green Terror (1-2) with a 2-0 day, teaming with Laura Pollard (Federalsburg, Md./Colonel Richardson) for an 8-0 win at first doubles before taking a 6-0, 6-0 victory at fourth singles.

Pollard concluded her own 2-0 day with a 6-1, 6-0 win at second singles.

Armani W. led the Tigers (0-3), winning four games at third singles.

Sophie White (York, Pa./York Catholic) and Chelsea Barnett (Hanover, Pa./South Western) rounded out double winners for McDaniel. The duo combined for an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles before White took fifth singles 6-0, 6-1 and Barnett won the third singles match, 6-2, 6-2

Lauren Lewis (Annapolis, Md./Annapolis0 and Angela Johnson won third doubles, 8-0.

Kiersten Patron (Timonium, Md./Dulaney) took the top singles match 6-0, 6-0 while Nicole Arnold (Pasadena, Md./Chesapeake) won sixth singles, 6-1, 6-0.

The Green Terror opens the spring schedule against Swarthmore on Mar. 23. Match time is 3 p.m.
