Green Terror opens fall schedule with 9-0 loss
WESTMINSTER, Md. – Elizabeth Harvey dropped three games as
part of 2-0 day to lead Catholic to a 9-0 win over McDaniel in
non-conference women's tennis action on Sunday.
The Cardinals (4-0) swept doubles play before winning all six
singles matches in straight sets.
Harvey teamed with Andie Ingram for an 8-1 win at first doubles.
Harvey then tallied a 6-1, 6-1 victory at fourth singles. Ingram
was a 6-0, 6-3 winner at third singles.
The Green Terror (0-1) returns to action at Goucher on Friday,
Oct. 8. Match time is 3 p.m.
