Blue Jays record seven blanks in conference win
WESTMINSTER, Md. – No. 13 Johns Hopkins dropped just three
games in nine matches to down McDaniel 9-0 in Centennial Conference
(CC) women's tennis action on Wednesday.
Courtney Boger, Ellen
Berlinghof and Louisa Drake led the Blue
Jays (6-7, 4-0 CC) with 6-0, 6-0 wins in singles and 8-0 victories
in doubles.
Jamie Latham (Bethlehem, Pa./Saucon Valley) was
part of all of the games won by the Green Terror (2-9, 0-6 CC),
falling 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and 8-2 at No. 2 doubles.
McDaniel returns to action at Bryn Mawr on Saturday. Match time
is 1 p.m.
