WESTMINSTER, Md. - Senior
Seth Hurt made his first career start in goal as the McDaniel College men's lacrosse team battled Swarthmore inside Gill Stadium on Saturday.
Hurt played the entire first half and totaled a career-high six saves as The Green Terror (5-9, 0-5 CC) faced 57 shots, their fifth-straight game in which the opponent has taken 50 or more.

Aidan Stevenson to tie the game at 1-1 with 9:44 remaining in the first quarter. It was the first point of the season for Stevenson.
The game would remain tied at 1-1 until Luke Jenkins scored unassisted with one second left in the quarter to put the Garnet (9-5, 3-2 CC) in front to stay as they scored the game's final 17 tallies, including eight in the second quarter to take a 10-1 halftime lead.

Gabe Wallman played the final 30 minutes in goal for McDaniel, also making six saves while junior
Leo Hale finished with two ground balls and four caused turnovers.
McDaniel plays the first of back-to-back road games on Wednesday when it faces No. 10 Gettysburg. It will mark the fifth opponent for McDaniel who is currently ranked or receiving votes in the USILA Division III Coaches Poll. Face-off is set for 7 p.m. inside Musselman Stadium.
