ANNVILLE, PA – The women's outdoor track & field team traveled to Lebanon Valley for the LVC Blue & White Open.
Junior Sophia Leone jumped 3.40m to win pole vault and reset her own program record. Leone beats the record she set at the 2025 Centennial Conference Championships. She now holds the top nine marks in program history.
Junior Michaela Carney jumped 3.10m in pole vault to place fifth, she moves to fourth in program history. First year Allison Kapustka and Senior Allie Rolek jumped 2.80m to finish ninth and tenth, they now hold seventh in program history. Senior Summer James jumped 2.50m to place 11th.
Senior Anna Rando placed fourth in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.84.
Junior Jess Pronchick threw 32.68m in discus to place fifth, this mark moves her to fifth in program history. Senior Kate Principio placed 11th with a throw of 25.84m. Senior Ameerah Johnson placed 17th with a throw of 23.79m. Sophomore De'Ashia Davis placed 24th with a throw of 17.51m. Junior Sophie Schwaab threw 17.37m to place 25th.
Johnson placed fifth in shot put with a throw of 10.00m. Pronchick threw 9.70m to place seventh. Davis threw 7.70m to place 20th. Schwaab threw 6.83m to place 25th. Schwaab placed 23rd in javelin with a mark of 14.76m.
Junior Maya Colavito placed sixth in the 3000 meters with a time of 11:32.35. First year Sophie Tressler ran 13:11.85 to place 17th.
Principio placed seventh in hammer throw with a mark of 32.08m. Johnson threw 29.45m to place 11th, she now ranks fourth in program history.
First year Isabel Meadows-Soto placed eighth in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:28.01. Senior Arianna Lowengrub ran 6:18.81 to place 21st.
Sophomore Gabby DeMarco placed ninth in long jump with a mark of 4.71m. Rando placed 16th with a jump of 4.30m. Senior Elyssa Greene jumped 3.99m to finish 21st. Greene placed tenth triple jump with a mark of 8.85m.
Rando ran 13.39 in the 100 meters to place 12th. Graduate student Taylor Pinthiere ran 15.06 to place 28th.
Senior Anna Kale placed tenth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:38.00. Senior Piper Nagaraj followed in 11th with a time of 2:38.93. First year Gianna Corrieri ran 2:44.41 to place 14th. Sophomore Riley Friedman ran 2:57.08 to place 18th.
McDaniel will return to action at home for the Green Terror Invitational on Friday, April 3rd.
