SELINSGROVE, PA – The men's indoor track & field team traveled to Susquehanna for the Valentine Invitational.
Junior Roman Arensmeyer placed ninth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.00, he moves to eighth in program history.
Senior Ethan Bush placed third in the 800 meter with a time of 2:00.98. First year Sam Favazza ran 2:14.69 to place 33rd. Junior Fabrizzio Verano Valderrama ran 2:26.41 to place 46th. Senior Simon Greenberg ran 2:36.79 to place 47th.
Senior Keiron Wilson placed fourth in high jump with a mark of 1.78m. Wilson also jumped 12.65m in triple jump to place ninth. Senior Christian Homer placed 16th with a mark of 11.99m
The distance medley of first year Isaac Greeson, junior Braylon Johnson, Bush, and Favazza ran 11:37.06 to place fourth.
Graduate student John Geniti jumped 3.70m in pole vault to place 11th.
Homer placed 12th in triple jump with a mark of 6.18m. Johnson jumped 5.80m to place 19th. Wilson placed 23rd with a mark of 5.76m.
Junior Abhishek Mudireddy ran 54.52 in the 400 meters to qualify for the Centennial Conference Championships and place 20th. Johnson ran 55.83 to place 24th, Greeson ran 55.99 to place 26th. Senior Armani Moya-Moore placed 38th running 58.84.
Sophomore Robert Wood ran 25.21 in the 200 meter to place 32nd. Wood also placed 38th in the 60 meter with a time of 7.50.
Senior AJ Iglesias placed 38th in weight throw with a mark of 10.54.
McDaniel will return to action for the Rockingham Collegiate Open hosted by Bridgewater on Friday, February 20th.
