WESTMINSTER, Md. - Senior
Carly Brock scored the game's lone goal with less than 10 minutes remaining to lead the McDaniel College women's soccer team to a 1-0 Centennial Conference road victory at Muhlenberg on Saturday.
The Green Terror (7-2-4, 3-1-2 CC) held a 21-10 advantage in shots, but finally broke through on its 19th of the game and 12th of the second half to extend its unbeaten streak to five.
The win was the fifth-straight in the series for McDaniel in Allentown and also evened McDaniel's road record this season to 2-2-2.
Brock netted her third goal of the season in the 81st minute off an assist from junior
Grace Duffey following the team's fourth corner kick and second of the second half.
All three of Brock's goals this season have been game-winners. She is currently second on the team with three goals and 10 points this season.
The Green Terror had seven shots in the first 45 minutes before taking 14 in the second. Eight of the team's 21 shots came from first-yearÂ

Alaina Miller had three each as the trio combined for two-thirds of the team's total.
Megan Stairs had six of her nine saves for the Mules (4-6-2, 0-4-1 CC) in the second half while sophomore
Sierra Ruehl had three second-half stops to pick up her sixth shutout of the season and seventh of her career.
McDaniel travels to Washington College on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. in-state showdown with the Shorewomen.
