LEXINGTON, Ky. - Senior Charlie Dolan was one of three players who placed in the top five as the McDaniel College men's golf team finished second in the Transy Fall Invite at the University Club of Kentucky Sunday.

The Green Terror finished the 54-hole event with an 873, just three strokes behind host Transylvania and two ahead of third-place Rose-Hulman.

Dolan also finished second with an even-par 216, six strokes behind individual winner Watcharakan Chankarn of Greensboro who finished six-under par. Dolan totaled three birdies and 11 pars in the final round and was 1-under through 14 holes.

Joining Dolan in the top five were seniors Ethan Crabb and Sean Kelly as both totaled a one-over par 217.

All five players totaled a 77 or better in Sunday's final round with first-year Dylan Muso carding a three-over par 75 to finish 20th with a 223. First-year Gavin Pychinka shot a career-low 77 Sunday and finished wth a 250.

McDaniel returns to action next Sunday, Sept. 7 when its B team travels to Carlisle Barracks Golf Course for the Dickinson College Invite.
