GETTYSBURG Pa. - The McDaniel College men's and women's track & field teams sent their hammer throwers to the Mason-Dixon Invitational hosted by Gettysburg on Friday.

Senior Jacob Graham threw a personal best 43.18m (141' 8"), improving on his second-best mark in program history.

Sophomore Jacob Gibson placed seventh with a mark of 33.15m (108' 9") while junior AJ Iglesias placed eighth with a mark of 31.18m (102' 3"). Sophomore Jamey Travers was 10th with a mark of 30.20m (99' 1") and freshman Darnell Gilliam had a mark of 24.98m (81' 11") to place 13th.

Junior Kate Principio placed seventh with a throw of 28.17m (92' 5").

The Green Terror return to action on Saturday at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational beginning at 10 a.m.
