SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Senior Vaishali Bhatt finished fifth to lead the McDaniel College women's golf team in the Susquehanna Tri-Match Sunday at Susquehanna Valley Country Club.

The Green Terror finished third with a 388. The host River Hawks won with a 358, two strokes ahead of Franklin & Marshall.

Bhatt carded a 91, one shot off her season low set in the Green Terror Tri on Oct. 5, 2024. She totaled three pars and posted her third top-5 finish in six events this season.

Junior Abby Wesche finished sixth, one stroke behind Bhatt. Wesche carded two pars on the back nine and recorded her fifth top-10 in eight events this season.

Junior Dariel Gray turned in a career-low 101, besting her previous best of 103 in the second round of the McDaniel Spring Invitational on March 30. She had two pars, one on the front nine and one on the back.

Freshman Emily Landau finished 14th with a 104 while junior Callie Nelson placed 15th with a 105.

McDaniel concludes the regular season next Monday, April 21 in the Stevenson Spring Invitational at Piney Branch Golf Club. Tee time is at 10 a.m.
