MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Freshman
Patrick Kelly hit two grand slams and totaled eight RBIs as the McDaniel College baseball team posted a 17-4 victory over New England College at the Ripken Experience on Saturday night.

Ethan Haddock with an RBI-double in the third before Kelly followed with a two-out grand slam to left center to put the team in front, 7-0.
The Pilgrims (1-4) got on the board with two runs in the bottom of the inning with a two-out, two-run single up the middle by Johnny Cannavo.
Each team added a run in the fourth with McDaniel scoring on its third sacrifice fly, this time from freshman
DJ Stolba.
Leading 8-3, the Green Terror doubled their lead with eight runs in the top of the fifth on two RBI-singles by Haddock and freshman
Shea McKenna, two bases loaded walks from Stolba and Davis and the second grand slam from Kelly.
McDaniel capped the scoring with an RBI-ground out by sophomore
Brady Goyne in the eighth.
