WESTMINSTER, Md. - Three players scored their first goals of the season, including senior
Justice Washburn, to lead the McDaniel College field hockey team to a 3-0 non-conference victory over Neumann Friday evening at Gill Stadium.
The Green Terror (3-9) picked up their third home win of the season and first against the Knights in the first-ever meeting between the two teams.
McDaniel scored one goal in each of the final three quarters, including the first career tally from Washburn who picked up her first goal in her 47th career game with 4:20 remaining in the third to put the Green Terror in front, 2-0.
Senior

The defender, who leads the Centennial Conference with five defensive saves this season, is now second on the team in points with three.
With McDaniel holding a two-goal lead, senior
