Teya McConnaha scored a career-high 21 points as the McDaniel College women's basketball team fell to Dickinson Wednesday night on Rebecca L. Martin Court, 60-46.
The Green Terror (11-9, 6-9 CC) got off to a slow start and never recovered, trailing 15-4 after the first quarter. They pulled within six twice in the second quarter, but were outscored 15-6 in the third as the Red Devils stretched their lead to 17.
McConnaha posted the first 20-point game of her career while adding a team-high five rebounds. She was the lone player in double figures for McDaniel, scoring 12 of the team's 23 points in the fourth quarter.

Raegan Lenz added six points.
The two teams traded baskets in the game's first three minutes Lenz and McConnaha both scoring as the game was tied at 4-4. However, Dickinson scored the final 11 points as the Green Terror missed their last 10 shots and trailed by nine after one.
McDaniel scored the first five points of the second quarter to pull within six, but that would be as close as it would get as the Red Devils (15-4, 12-2 CC) led by eight at halftime, 25-17.
Dickinson stretched its lead to 17 in the third quarter, outscoring the Green Terror by nine after holding them to just 2-of-13 shooting from the floor and scoring 10 of its 15 points in the paint.
McConnaha scored 12 of McDaniel's 23 fourth-quarter points, going 5-for-5 from the floor with two free throws as the Green Terror outscored the visitors, 23-20. The Red Devils led by as many as 21, but McDaniel finished the game on a 13-6 run to provide the final margin.
The Green Terror travel to Swarthmore on Saturday for a 1 p.m. tip-off against the Garnet.
