Jack Sears and senior
Nick Raumann, the McDaniel College men's cross country team competed at the Dickinson Pre-National Meet Saturday at Big Spring High School.
The Green Terror finished 34th on the same course that will host the 2023 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 18. They finished third out of four teams from the Centennial Conference, trailing Haverford (11) and host Dickinson (17) while placing ahead of Gettysburg (36).

Sears led the the team with a time of 26:51.5 to move into second in program history on the Big Spring course. Raumann posted a new personal course best with a mark of 28:14.6 to rank 10th in program history.

Tyler Richardson ran a time of 29:17.1, sophomore
Jack Reiser followed in 29:41.6 and freshman
Abhishek Mudireddy crossed the line in 30:11.4 in his first career 8K to round out the scorers.

Sean Irwin clocked in at 31:33.6 while junior
Joc Baldacci finished in 32:01.4 and freshmanÂ
Fabrizzio Veranovalderrama totaled a time of 33:44.1 in his 8K debut.
McDaniel returns to action next Saturday, Oct. 14 in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg.
