LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - First-year Nicholas Urey led the McDaniel College men's cross country team who completed in the Lock Haven Invite Saturday on the West Branch Cross Country Course.

The Green Terror placed 19th in the white race with 437 points. Division II Slippery Rock took the team title with 76 points.

Urey led the team with a 24th-place finish in a time of 27:27.8 which moved him into 32nd all-time in program history. He also posted the program's sixth-best time on the West Branch course.

Senior Benjamin Bouselli ran 29:23.7 to place 112th while first-year William Humbach ran 29:46.6 to place 126th. Bouselli and Humbach moved into ninth and 10th on the course list.

Senior Zac Kane ran 30:37.5 to place 153rd while senior Fabrizzio Verano Valderrama rounded out the scorers and placed 163rd with a time of 31:05.3.

First-year Jayce Todd ran 31:35.4 to place 168th and senior Abhishek Mudireddy placed 170th with a time of 31:41.7.  Sophomore Isaac Greeson ran 32:40.4 to place 193rd, first-year Charles Higgins ran 32:48.8 to place 197th and first-year Zack Rhine placed 211th in a time of 35:12.3.

The Green Terror return to action at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg on Saturday, Oct. 17.
