Carlisle, Pa – The Green Terror traveled to Big Spring High School for the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational. First-year Nicholas Urey led in the short race, and first-year William Humbach led the long race. 

In the short race, Urey led the team to a ninth place finish with 113 points. He ran 12:48.9 to place tenth, he moves to fourth in program history in the 4k. Sophomore Sam Favazza placed 75th running 14:17.5. Senior Benjamin Bouselli ran 14:18.4 to place 76th. Favazze and Bouselli move to 34th and 35th in program history. 

Senior Zac Kane ran 14:44.6 to place 83rd. Senior John Hegarty ran 14:50.4 to place 85th. First-year Jayce Todd ran 15:14.1 to place 92nd. They move to 42nd, 45th, and 49th in program history. 

First-year Charles Higgins ran 15:35.2 to place 96th. First-year Zack Rhine ran 16:20.2 to place 103rd. 

In the long race, Humbach placed 57th with a time of 31:57.1. Senior Fabrizzio Verano Valderrama ran 32:12.8 to place 58th. 

The Green Terror return to action at the Lock Haven Invitational at the West Branch Cross Country Course on Saturday, September 26th.
