THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel posted a two-round score of 891 to finish eighth at the Centennial Conference championship hosted at Honeybook Golf Club. The Green Terror carded a round of 447 on Saturday and 444 on Sunday.
THE LEADERS
• Zoey Nichols (Princess Anne, Md./Washington Academy) led the Green Terror with a 18th-place finish. She carded a round of 93 on Saturday before posting a score of 91 to finish with a career-low 36-hole score of 184.
FOR THE FOES
• Marymount won the team title with a score of 684, outdistancing second-place Franklin & Marshall by 17 shots. The Saints entered Sunday's final round trailing Gettysburg by five strokes after firing a 347 on Saturday but posted the low round of the tournament over the final 18 holes to card a 337.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Vaishali Bhatt (Media, Pa./Garnet Valley) finished 30th in the field with a score of 205 (101-104).
• Olivia Vanreusel (Reisterstown, Md./Franklin) was 36th overall with a two-round total of 241 (117-124).
• Zoey Smalls (Washington, D.C./McLean School) placed 37th overall with a score of 261 (136-125).
• Daniela Babich (Baltimore, Md./Dulaney) finished 38th with a score of 264 (136-128).
